Festa Artusiana

“The hypocritical world doesn't want to give importance to eating, but there are no people who doesn’t set the table to celebrate eating as best as possible” Pellegrino Artusi

The Festa Artusiana is a nine-day event held every year, in which the town of Forlimpopoli welcomes tourists from all over the world to celebrate both Italian home cookery, and what is beautiful and delicious on the national gastronomic scene. Each year, on the recommendation of Casa Artusi’s Scientific Committee, Forlimpopoli awards both the Artusi Prize to someone who has stood out within the culture of food, and the honorary Marietta Prize dedicated to home cookery.
