Ristorante

Cooking is a cultural statement.
And simplicity
is its most authentic language.

Ristorante Casa Artusi describes a new idea of Italian cuisine: simple, thoughtful and essential. A home-style kind of cooking— as Artusi defined it — centered on seasonality, balance and memory.
We believe the table to be a place of relationship, knowledge and storytelling: A way to rediscover, through food, our everyday culture
We call it Cultural Dining.

Cultural Dining

Eating is a cultural statement.

Not only does it tell the story of our territory, but it builds relationships, passes down rituals, and reveals our own identity

Cultural Dining is born from this: from the desire to restore to its role as a form of shared knowledge.

A cuisine that expresses simplicity as a choice, and knowledge as an ingredient.

The Osteria

The pleasure of simply being together.

Osteria Casa Artusi is the restaurant's more informal younger sister, while still sharing the same vision. Here the table is a place to come together, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming

A place for an informal break, where Artusi's knowledge meets the desire to reconnect.

The Group

Today, Ristorante Casa Artusi is managed by Gruppo Social & Food Experience. Founded in 2019, it now operates six venues, each with its own format and identity, yet united by a shared vision: placing people, Italian culinary culture, and the local area at the heart of everything they do.
