Casa Artusi is the very first centre of gastronomic culture
to be established devoted entirely to Italian home cookery
In 2007, it opened its doors to enthusiasts and the inquisitive, those passionate about cooking, professionals and experts, scholars and researchers, in short all those wishing to learn more about the Artusi culture and enjoy the practical experience of home cooking.
Casa Artusi’s commitment to increasing the value of this area makes the school the perfect place for celebrating local gastronomic excellence. Working in association with the offices of the region of Emilia-Romagna enables us to promote the over 44 PDO and PGI products of the Italian Food Valley.
The Artusi restaurant stretches out over 2 floors and 4 rooms that can host 90 to 120 people in an elegant setting with a welcoming atmosphere. The wine list features an excellent selection from the region of Emilia-Romagna, as well as Italy and Europe, with particular attention paid to natural wines.
