Romagna is the land of good living and good food. A short introduction and demonstration by our Cookery Masters followed by each participant at a well-equipped individual workstation where they prepare a menu dedicated to Romagna with the help of the Cookery Master.
The menu ranges from Piadina Romagnola prepared using local products, to passatelli in broth or dry (depending on the season), and sweet mascarpone from Romagna served with chocolate flakes or seasonal fruit from our hills.
At the end of the session, participants taste all the food prepared, along with a glass of wine.
Practical cookery course
Duration 4 hours
A booklet of recipes, a notebook for taking notes and a handmade apron in Romagna-printed canvas from the Pascucci 1826 printing house are included.
