Participants are split into 6 teams of 3 or 4 people. Each team is given a box with different ingredients in it, and has to choose a dish to prepare, with help from our Cookery Master if necessary. Each team prepares the recipe they have chosen, with support and practical help from the Casa Artusi staff. Teamwork is fundamental in putting together ideas for the benefit of the group, just like at work when developing a project in which those involved need to be creative, respect the ideas of others and reason according to the objective set. Participants will experience working as a professional kitchen team.

- Presentation by a nutritionist about educating the palate
- Presentation by a sommelier complete with tasting of local wines
- Presentation by a gastronome with tasting of local products
A welcome coffee, aperitif or a light lunch for a work break can also be organised on request.
