Then everybody in an individual cooking workstation will prepare and cook a menu in according to italian culinary tradition and seasonal availability, following our chef step by step in the kitchen.

We will prepare

(for example) vitello tonnato or zucchini ripieni

Primi piatti
(for example) risotto or gnocchi

Secondi piatti
(for example) polpette or ossobuco alla Milanese

(for example) zuppa inglese or tiramisu or panna cotta

At the end lunch tasting with your recipes served with local typical Romagna Sangiovese DOC wine or Romagna Albana DOCG wine, waters. Dessert or fresh seasonal fruits.
